By purchasing services, packages, gift certificates, or products from Evergreen Healthy Skin,LLC you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Services & Packages

All services and treatment packages are non-refundable. No cash refunds will be issued under any circumstances. Unused services or packages may be converted to spa credit at the discretion of Evergreen Healthy Skin and must be used toward future services only.

Product Purchases

All product sales are final. Products may not be returned or exchanged once opened or used. If a product is unopened and in original condition, exchanges for spa credit only may be considered within a limited timeframe at the discretion of Evergreen Healthy Skin. No cash refunds will be issued for product purchases.

Gift Certificates

All gift certificates and gift cards are non-refundable and non-transferable. Gift certificates must be redeemed within one (1) year from the date of purchase. Expired gift certificates will not be honored or extended.

Appointment Cancellations & No-Shows

Appointments require proper notice to cancel or reschedule. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in forfeiture of the service, package session, or deposit. No-shows may result in the loss of prepaid services or credits.

Medical Clearance & Results

Certain treatments require a consultation or medical clearance prior to service. Individual results vary and are not guaranteed. By proceeding with treatment, clients acknowledge and accept the potential risks and outcomes associated with aesthetic services.

Spa Credit Policy

Spa credits have no cash value and may only be applied toward future services or products at Evergreen Healthy Skin. Spa credits are non-transferable and may expire.

Pricing & Promotions

All pricing is subject to change without notice. Promotions, discounts, and packages may not be combined unless otherwise stated and are valid for a limited time only.

Right to Refuse Service

Evergreen Healthy Skin reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services to any client if treatments are deemed unsafe, inappropriate, or contraindicated.
